Two new commercials for Loka, directed by Jacob Ström. Stopp’s VFX Supervisor Julius Denizhan planned the complex shoot together with CG lead Arvid Björn, and attended the shoot in Portugal, prepared with pre-visualized measurements for the scale-shots of the forest giant featured in the film as well as the other less obvious effects shots. Almost every shot in the mysterious Loka-forest have been digitally altered one way or the other to get the right feel, a number of matte paintings were created and composited by Stopp as well to tie things together. For Loka likes LA, Stopp created several matte paintings, heavy clean-up and roto work, a fully CG animated car, and CG pack shots.
